Who we are
IdeaBot Studio (ideabot.itideasolutions.com) is operated by ITidea Solutions. For anything about your data, email info.itideasolutions@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Your email address, which we check with a 6-digit code.
- Your brief: your conversation with IdeaBot, the details about your business, and the logos and photos you add.
- Your choices: the plan you pick, the website address you ask for, and whether you agreed to news and offers.
- Technical data such as your IP address, used to protect the service against abuse.
Why we use it
- To create your design, show your preview and make your changes, because you asked us to.
- To email your code, your preview link and a reminder before it expires.
- To limit how many designs can be created, so the service stays available for everyone.
- To send news and offers, only if you ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who processes it
- Hostinger hosts the website, your files and our customer list.
- Anthropic (Claude) receives your brief and change requests to write your design.
- Fish Audio processes the conversation with IdeaBot.
- Google receives the emails sent to our team.
How long we keep it
Your brief, photos and preview are deleted automatically after 7 days, unless you proceed with a plan and we build your website. We keep your email address, name, business name and design history until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing the address above. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page first.
